Farming with Dynamite!

Well, I’ve never tried real farming or working with dynamite before, but this pamphlet has me pretty much sold on the idea that Farming with Dynamite is a truly awesome way to go about life.

Aside from the indubitable charm of combining a respected agricultural tradition with large explosions, the booklet is very much a marketing gem. From 1910, an easy and clear read; you should take the time to read it yourself. Excellent wording, data presentation and well conveyed buoyant enthusiasm.

Also, if you know where I can get an inexpensive farm and some dynamite, please let me know. I want to blow holes in the ground and then plant things there. Cultural metaphors, I’m looking at you!
